Diagnostic cost a lot to customer, before your not doing this to your customers. Whoever got this idea will affect your service dept. Many customers will seek or scout another service company which is lesser diagnostic service fee. Your service dept. Is rip off diagnostic fee is too much expensive,. This is my lesson next time , I ‘ll just go to a cheaper service dept.
