We were not satisfied with the service received during this visit to the dealership. My wife brought the vehicle in for an oil change, and once the service was completed, the employee did not explain what had been done to the car or how much she had to pay. She had to ask for that information, which should be a basic part of clear and professional customer service. In addition, my wife asked for an estimate to replace all four tires. Instead of properly checking the tire size required for the vehicle and explaining the available options, the service specialist looked up tires in size 215/60R17 96H. We later confirmed that this size does not fit our vehicle. The official tire information label on the driver’s door clearly shows that both the front and rear tires should be 225/45R19 92W. Because of that, we expected the dealership staff to verify the correct tire size before giving us an estimate. The proper approach would have been to review the vehicle information, confirm the correct tire size, explain the available tire options, and provide a clear estimate of the total cost. Unfortunately, we felt there was a lack of communication, transparency, and proper guidance. When customers bring their vehicle to a dealership, they expect accurate information and a higher level of care.

I called last minute on Saturday for a tire change for a nail that I had from that road that morning. They were able to take me in and I explained that I was in rush and they were able to have me out in less the 2 hours. They were great and everyone that I spoke to was very helpful.
